Procedure and processing of PQRS requests

  • We teach you how to successfully file complaints, claims and concerns about your products and follow them up.
  • Hanksugi Japan will respond to requests, complaints/claims or resources within 24 business hours following their presentation, through the same means of attention by which they were presented by the user, unless the user decides that they want to receive it through another different medium.

When the user submits a PQR verbally, it is sufficient for them to provide their full name, their identification number and the reason for their request.
